This privacy policy contains information on the processing of personal data of visitors to the www.twinquake.com site. The operator of the website and the data controller is I.S. Hatala Kft. Duration of data processing: 7 days. In addition, the data will only be stored if we become aware of a specific suspicion of illegal use of the website or an attack on the website.

The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, which is related to the achievement of the purposes listed above (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

WEBSHOP

If you use the webshop on the website, we process your personal data as follows:

Registration

If you decide to register on the website, we ask you to provide the following data during registration: name, address, shipping address, email address, phone number, password. In addition, during registration, we automatically record your IP address and the time of your registration.

We only use this data to enable your registration and to enable you to place and track your orders faster and easier. The basis of data processing in this case is your consent, which you give during registration (Section 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have given your separate consent as detailed below under the heading “marketing”. The data you provide during registration will be stored as long as you have a valid registration – as soon as you cancel your registration, your data stored in this connection will also be deleted immediately.

Buy with registration

In connection with your purchase, we ask you for the following data: delivery method, delivery address (if different from the address provided during registration), payment method. In addition, we automatically record the time of your order. We do not process any other personal data related to the payment, the payment is made on the interface of the financial service provider (currently Barion Zrt.), according to its own data protection rules.

We process these data exclusively for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract between you and the Data Controller. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Buy without registration

In connection with your purchase, we ask you for the following information: name, address, delivery address, email address, phone number, delivery method, payment method. In addition, we automatically record the time of your order. We do not collect any other personal data in connection with the payment, the payment is made on the interface of the financial service provider (Barion Zrt.) according to its own data protection rules.

We process these data exclusively for the purpose of concluding and performing the contract between you and the Data Controller. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

The data related to your purchase will be stored for five years after the completion of the purchase, unless a longer retention period is required by law (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR) or storage is necessary for the pursuit of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR (e.g. in the event of a legal dispute).

Delivery

If you request the delivery of the goods, we will forward the data required for this (name, delivery address, phone number, email address) to the service provider (data processor) involved in the delivery. You can read more about this below under the heading “transfer of personal data”.

MARKETING

If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, we will ask you to provide your email address. We also store the fact and time of your subscription. When subscribing, you expressly consent to the transmission of information and marketing content to the email address you provide. Your data processed in connection with the newsletter subscription will be stored and used exclusively for the purpose of sending our newsletter.

The legal basis for data processing in this case is your consent, which you give during registration (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link at the end of the newsletter or by sending an e-mail to the Data Controller. In this case, your data processed in connection with the newsletter will be deleted immediately.

If you have any questions or contact us for any other reason using the contact details provided on the website, we will process the data you provide to us in this connection (e.g. name, telephone number, e-mail address) exclusively for the purpose of communicating with you.

The legal basis for data processing in this case is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller related to communication with you (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The personal data provided will be deleted immediately after answering the question or providing the requested information.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

We will only transfer your personal data to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.

If we use a data processor, the processor may only use your data in accordance with the agreement concluded with the Data Controller pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. We use a data processor for the following activities: website maintenance and hosting, sending newsletters, web analytics, delivery of purchased products.

If the processor is a third-country company, your data will only be made available to the processor to the extent necessary for the performance of the processor’s services and only if your data is protected in accordance with Articles 44 to 49 GDPR (e.g. by concluding Standard Data Protection Clauses (SCCs) or complying with the EU-US Data Protection Framework).
